Using the stores

Use SMCart stores lawfully and provide accurate account, order, and delivery information. Do not misuse accounts, interfere with service security, submit unlawful content, or attempt unauthorized access.

Orders and payments

Prices, stock, shipping, taxes, and availability may change until checkout is completed. Orders may be reviewed, declined, refunded, or cancelled for inventory, payment, fraud, supplier, legal, or delivery reasons.

Products and fulfillment

Product information is maintained from available supplier and catalog records. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Returns, replacements, and refunds depend on item condition, supplier terms, and applicable consumer law.

Accounts and administration

Customers are responsible for protecting account credentials. Administrative systems and connected mailboxes are restricted to authorized operators, and access may be suspended when security or policy risks are detected.
