Information we process

We process account, order, delivery, payment-status, support, security, and device information needed to operate SMCart stores. Payment card details are handled by our payment provider and are not stored in the store database.

How information is used

Information is used to provide accounts and orders, deliver receipts, answer support requests, prevent fraud, secure the service, maintain records, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell customer personal information.

Service providers and retention

Limited information is shared with infrastructure, payment, transactional email, and support-mail providers only as needed to deliver the service. Records are retained only for operational, security, tax, dispute, and legal needs, then deleted or de-identified.

Google user data

The private support console requests Gmail access only to display support messages and move administrator-selected messages to Trash. Google data is not used for advertising, sold, or shared except to operate or secure the feature. Our handling of Google data follows the Google API Services User Data Policy and its Limited Use requirements.

Your choices and contact

You may request access, correction, or deletion of eligible personal information and may disconnect Gmail authorization at any time from the admin console. Contact [email protected] for privacy or support requests.
